Durak Online Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using Durak Online, operated by AC Beauty to Customer UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany.

By creating an account or using Durak Online, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You may play as a guest, including multiplayer, League, player-name, friends, and table-invitation features. Sign in with Apple is optional and is used to protect and synchronize progress across your devices. Purchases can be made as a guest and restored through Apple; deleting a synchronized account requires signing in to verify ownership.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share tokens, attempt to access another player's account, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the service.

Virtual Gold And Items

Gold, XP, trophies, cosmetics, table skins, card backs, avatar items, VIP benefits, rewards, and similar items are virtual in-game content.

Virtual content has no cash value, cannot be cashed out, cannot be transferred outside Durak Online, and cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for money or anything of monetary value.

We may adjust balances, items, rewards, matches, or account records when needed to correct bugs, reverse abuse, enforce fair play, process refunds, or maintain the integrity of the service.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. VIP subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple. The app shows the subscription title, price, duration, renewal terms, restore option, Terms link, and Privacy Policy link before purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings. Restore Purchases checks Apple/RevenueCat purchase status and syncs eligible benefits to the signed-in Durak account.

Fair Play And Enforcement

Durak Online uses server-authoritative validation for rules, card visibility, moves, reconnect protection, wallet changes, purchases, and fair-play enforcement.

We may limit features, cancel matches, adjust account state, suspend accounts, or ban accounts when we believe there is cheating, exploitation, abuse, fraudulent purchase activity, attempted reverse engineering, harassment, or other conduct that harms the service or other players.

Community Safety

Public player names and other player-facing activity must not contain or promote threats, harassment, hate, sexual or exploitative content, impersonation, illegal activity, spam, or other abusive or objectionable material. Attempts to evade name filters are also prohibited. We have zero tolerance for abusive conduct toward other players.

The app provides player-reporting controls on leaderboards and in multiplayer matches. Human opponents can also be blocked after or during a match so they are excluded from future matchmaking with the blocking player. Reports are reviewed through a protected moderation process, and we may rename, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts when appropriate.

Gameplay Systems

Durak Online uses server-side systems for matchmaking, dealing, and rewards. These systems operate within the rules of Durak and server-authoritative validation.

Service Changes

We may update, pause, discontinue, or restrict features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We may also require app updates when older clients are incompatible with the server.

No Real-Money Gambling

Durak Online does not offer cash-out, money prizes, transferable virtual currency, or real-money gambling. Virtual Gold is only in-game content.
